Replacement Dongle for Rog Keris Wireless Mouse

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to troubleshoot the Keris wireless dongle or a way to buy a replacement dongle. The dongle stop working suddlenly and works wired but rather have a working dongle to help. Please let me know if I can buy a replacement dongle for Keris wireless mouse. Thanks

If you have the ROG Keris Wireless Aimpoint, there is a known issue with 2.4GHz wireless mode, an update is on the way to address the issue.

Unfortunately, ASUS doesn't sell wireless dongles separately.

regarding the 2.4G disconnection and reconnection issue, we have completed the testing. 

To address this problem, we recommend visiting the official website and downloading the OMNI update tool: v1.0.0.18 for updating the firmware of your mouse.

I don't have an exact date, but it's a known issue for a little while, so I would expect an update sometime soon.

Check Armoury Crate periodically for the update.
