ASUS Armoury Crate installed the firmware for the NON-RX version of my ROG Strix Scope II 96 RX Wireless, and now my keyboard randomly mutes all desktop audio every minute.

This issue occurs on multiple PCs, even ones that never had Armoury Crate installed. I did a full system restore, but the issue remains because the firmware is stored on the keyboard itself.

ASUS Support is giving incorrect instructions, telling me to reinstall my operating system, which makes no sense since firmware is not PC software.

I need one of the following solutions:
1. A method to manually re-flash the correct firmware for the ROG Strix Scope II 96 RX.
2. A replacement keyboard, as this was caused by ASUS software.

If anyone from ASUS support sees this, please escalate this issue to an actual firmware technician.

Hello, our software has safeguards against receiving wrong firmware updates, but if you believe you have the wrong firmware, I've sent you executables to the correct versions through a private message.

yea i understand that but the RX keyboard is different to the none RX version as it has different internal logic and armoury crate installed the none RX firmware but i have received your message and will try to fix it now

i have tried the tool you sent and i have spent the whole day trying to get this keyboard to work but no luck, i have 4 computers in this and i have the same problem on all of them, when i use the dongle and use the keyboard in wireless mode it works fine but when i plug the keyboard in it cuts out all the sound every 1 minute. how can i RMA this keyboard?
