After update the firmware, the Azoth Extreme only can work with wire, and when connect to the PC, the Armoury shows there's fault and need to download the firmware, but when it goes to 99%, it shows update firmware fail. Now the 2.4G and bluetooth are died, OLED is dead. Please help me with this , what should I do ?

Hello, please perform a quick hardware reset by pressing Fn + Esc for a few seconds until the LEDs flash green once.
Proceed to open Armoury Crate and select your keyboard's receiver to unpair and re-pair with the keyboard.
If you cannot find or access the receiver in Armoury Crate, reconnect the receiver and wait for a few seconds until Armoury Crate can detect the inserted device.
After re-pairing the receiver with the keyboard, you can try to reupdate the firmware following the onscreen instructions. Please let me know if you run into further issues.

Thank you for replying ! But when I pressing Fn + Esc there was no led responding . And the receiver has already unpaired, also can't press Fn + 7 to re-pair

Make sure the keyboard is on RF 2.4ghz mode when you press Fn + Esc for a few seconds. Please navigate to Armoury Crate and find your keyboard receiver and attempt to reset it from the screenshot above.

Yes, I put it in the RF 2.4G mode, still can't reset the keyboard and re-pair.
No respond when I pressing Fn+Esc

Please change the keyboard switch to wired mode (the middle), and connect a cable between your keyboard and your PC.
Make sure that your keyboard RBG is on, and try a hardware reset again.
Reconnect your keyboard receiver again, and check update center for any receiver updates. Are you able to access your receiver settings inside Armoury Crate?

Yes I can access my receiver settings, and receiver update was latest.
The keyboard RGB and OLED screen are died , all black , even in the wired mode.
when I tried to press in the Armoury , it shows :
Restore Device Firmware An unexpected error was detected. Please go to the [Update Center] to download and restore the firmware.

Please perform a full power cycle (turning PC off, unplugging PC power cable, replugging the PC power cable, and turning on PC).
Open Armoury Crate, and try updating the Bootloader update in the update center as shown in your screenshot. Attempt to pair your keyboard with the receiver again by following the onscreen pairing instructions and see if this fixes your keyboard issues.

Unplugged PC power cable for 2 hours , and still the same.
