My ASUS Azoth is not powering up.

The OLED screen is powered on but the rest of the keyboard isn’t getting any power. And of course this is as the warranty just expired. Has happened before with an ASUS keyboard. I spend $210 on a premium keyboard I expect it to work for years not a few months after warranty. It’s pathetic. Any thoughts on how to fix this problem? Keys aren’t registering at all so I can’t even log into my PC.

Hi @JackCkwitch ,

Thank you for providing the detailed information.

To better understand and resolve the issue with your ASUS Azoth keyboard not powering on, we would like to clarify a few points:

  • Issue confirmation: Are you saying that the keyboard keys are completely unresponsive, but the OLED screen is turning on normally?
  • Charging status: Is your Azoth keyboard a wireless model? If so, have you tried charging the keyboard? Does the charging indicator light on the keyboard turn on when charging?
  • Firmware update: Have you updated the firmware of your Azoth keyboard or the operating system of your computer before this issue occurred?
  • Armoury Crate: Have you tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the Armoury Crate software? This can help rule out software conflicts.
  • Video evidence: To better visualize the issue, we would appreciate if you could provide a video showing:
  1. The OLED screen turning on
  2. Pressing the keyboard keys with no response
  3. The Armoury Crate software interface (displaying version information)
  4. The keyboard model and serial number (if available)

Providing this information will help the team identify the root cause of the problem more quickly.

Thank you.

Providing detailed device specifications (MB/CPU/GPU/PSU, etc.) and the respective driver versions, OS version, and BIOS version will help us analyze the issue more effectively.
