Muffled audio after driver update.

Hi, after updating the driver of my Tuf H3 wireless headset the audio became muffled, and echoing, in discord call people sound like they are talking through a barrel, and my voice is also terrible, i even tried a different wireless headset but the audio was still muffled, my previous EQ settings which i used sound completly different, i did uninstall and reinstall drivers but it did not fix the problem.

based on your question, have you tried cross-testing with other connection modes? 

Have you made any adjustments to the sound effects? Have you downloaded Armoury crate? Armoury crate can utilize virtual 7.1 surround sound technology to provide a higher level of audio precision. 

Also, if possible, please provide a screenshot of your current sound settings page so that we can better understand your configuration.

Hi @Naggez ,

based on your question, we would like to ask you to confirm whether the issue occurred after updating the headphone firmware. 

Additionally, according to the screenshot of the Armoury Crate audio settings you provided, we suggest resetting all audio settings to their default values and checking if the issue still persists. 

If possible, it would also be helpful if you could record a sample of the abnormal sound you are experiencing with the headphones.
