Mouse randomly scrolls and moves to a random spot on the screen

At random my mouse will instantly move to a random part of the screen and scroll this has been happening on multiple devices my old strix g15 2022 my asus flow z13 2023 and even my old custom built rog themed computer this issue has occurred with multiple different mouses 2 chakram x's and 2 gladius iii and I don't know a fix for it I tried calibrating these mice but the issue persists and it's especially annoying when i'm gaming

Regarding the mouse issue you've encountered, as you've already tested multiple devices and the problem persists, we recommend checking the following:

1. Are you currently using a mouse pad? We suggest placing the mouse on a flat, non-reflective surface or trying a different mouse pad to eliminate interference from the optical sensor.
2. Please check if there are any potential sources of interference in the environment, such as strong magnetic fields (e.g., wireless chargers, speakers) or wireless device interference (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth devices).
3. Ensure that your device’s USB drivers, as well as the mouse's firmware and drivers, are up-to-date.
4. Try connecting the mouse to a different USB port or using a USB hub to rule out issues with the port or signal interference.
5. Try using the mouse on a freshly installed Windows system or in Safe Mode to rule out interference from third-party software or system settings.

tried different mousepads this has happened on multiple different devices so it shouldn't be a USB issue and MYASUS hasn't found any new drivers. My router is on my desk not to far from my peripherals but that shouldn't be the issue right? and on safe mode I haven't experienced it but I can go hours without experiencing it and that's a long time to be in safe mode I'm not completely certain if it happens only during times where i'm moving the mouse a lot like when I'm gaming or if it happens by itself it's completely random and isn't very common but when it does occur it's like the worst can't pwn at all when i'm suddenly looking in a random direction and my weapon changes out of nowhere lol. 

Also where would I find the driver versions for everything cause i'm currently using a Z13 2023 model running bios version V316
