Just bought an ROG Falchion RX Low Profile but it is not charging.

After a week of using the Falchion RX in wireless mode, it was at 27%. I started to charge it but it doesn't charge anymore. Any ideas or help? I tried updating the software on armoury crate, tried changing usb slots, tried changing usb cables and none of them are working.

Based on the information you provided, we suggest you try the following steps:

  • Check hardware connections: Check if the keyboard charging contacts are dirty or damaged. If so, gently wipe them with a soft cloth.
  • Firmware update: Please double-check that you have installed the latest version of Armoury Crate and updated the keyboard firmware.
