Issues with ROG Claymore 2

Hello

After a latest round of updates in AC , I am facing I key ghosting and k button  not working with my claymore 2 .. The issue appeared all of a sudden.  tried fn+esc  , in both wired and wireless mode but still issue persists. 

i had similar issue with the esc key not working few months back , but that issue went away on its own. Is there  a way to force update / restore the f/w of claymore 2 . any other tips to get this fixed ?

so after typing the above post  i turned off the computer . Today when  i switched it back on . The 3 keys namely i,l,k have stopped working.
Can anyone please help ?

Hi @varun_c ,

based on your issue, may I ask have you try to update the keyboard firmware?

If you connect keyboard to other device whether it can work normally?

Could you provide the video demonstrating the issue (some keys not functioning)?

Also, kindly provide the screenshot of the Armoury crate update center and log.

Please confirm that the logs have accurately recorded the issue at the time it occurred.

Providing detailed device specifications (MB/CPU/GPU/PSU, etc.) and the respective driver versions, OS version, and BIOS version will help us analyze the issue more effectively.
