HELP! ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition - Right click failure

Surged
Level 7

I acquired this mouse in January of this year.
Over the past 3-4 months I've noticed an issue with my right click. I play Valorant and a plethora of other FPS games, so aiming down sights is somewhat important. When I go to ADS (aim down sight), the scope will activate and then while holding right click it will un-toggle. This happens basically every time I toggle a scope in any game, even just on basic applications where i might find myself holding right click it will not hold itself down consistently regardless of me pressing down the button.

I looked up a few fixes for this and couldn't find anything. I use Profile 4 in the armory crate for my settings, changing through the profiles didn't seem to chance anything.

All my firmware is up to date at the time of this post (Device version: 8.00.01, Dongle version:6.00.02).
I'm not really too sure how the warranty on this product works but if there's no fix for this I'll be filing a warranty claim.

This issue is making most of my games that heavily depend on ADS unplayable. If there's any support staff who could help me out, or anyone who has experienced this issue and found a fix, please contact me!

Hi @Surged ,

based on your issue, we suggest that you try using the official Armoury Crate uninstall tool to uninstall and reinstall the software to see if the problem can be resolved.

https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/14Utilities/Armoury_Crate_Uninstall_Tool.zip?model=ROG%20HARPE...

If the issue persists even after reinstalling, it may indicate that the problem is more hardware-related rather than a software issue.

Therefore, we recommend that you send the product for repair. You can refer to the following link for service center locations.

Thank you.

Providing detailed device specifications (MB/CPU/GPU/PSU, etc.) and the respective driver versions, OS version, and BIOS version will help us analyze the issue more effectively.
