Getting a new 2.4ghz receiver for my keyboard?

Hello! 

I have an issue where I lost my 2.4ghz receiver, most possible lost in transport or someone in home vacuumed it up, in other words its long gone. 

Keyboard in question: rog strix scope nx wireless deluxe

I am currently using BT connection but would love for it to have its "own personal" connection once again.

Is it possible to get a new receiver and repair the keyboard? Thanks in advance!

OFFTOPIC: 

Also my keyboard backspace suddenly started sometimes deleting 3-4 words at once on one press (not 100% but sometimes it does it) and its annoying having to re-type sentences again and again due this, what could cause this?

Regarding the keyboard issue you're experiencing, we recommend that you send the product to the nearest ASUS Service Center for inspection and repair by our professional engineers.

Additionally, we do not currently offer separate sales of keyboard receivers.
