Falchion RX Low-Profile aura creator not working

I bought Falchion RX Low-Profile and I tried to make an animation in the app and I get this in the app

How do I fix it ?

thank you for providing the information. 

We have confirmed the issue you described, and our backend team is actively working on it. 

While waiting for the issue to be resolved, you can still use Aura Creator for advanced adjustments in wired mode. 

Additionally, please ensure that in the personalization settings under Windows, the dynamic lighting option is set to Armoury Crate as the primary background lighting control to ensure Armoury Crate can control it correctly.

in wired mode it only lets me customize 4 keys, the others are off,
as shown in the third image, the armor create is in first position

In your first screenshot, turn this setting on, this should show your ROG Falchion Low Profile in Aura Creator.

for some reason that I don't know, the keys are oriented in a straight line downwards, it's a bug in the program, I've already tried uninstalling it and it's the same, please, another solution
