Falchion RX Low-Profile aura creator not working

I bought Falchion RX Low-Profile and I tried to make an animation in the app and I get this in the app

How do I fix it ?

Strange, your ROG Falchion Low Profile shows in the available devices list but not in the layout.

Maybe try restarting your pc. Also, try using the sliders at the bottom and left to move the screen as in my video.

You could try uninstalling and reinstalling Armoury Crate/Aura Creator.

Uninstall from windows, reboot your pc, then install Armoury Crate version 3.2.11.2

Well, I already tried that and it didn't work.
I will continue, not using the creator aura, it's a shame because the keyboard is a 10 and the normal lighting is very good

You have it set up correctly in windows, but I'm not sure why it's showing that image for a keyboard in Aura Creator.

Maybe something in here will help get your ROG Falchion RX Low Profile to show properly.

If you have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, updating the keyboard firmware, and connecting the keyboard to other devices but still cannot adjust the settings in Aura Creator, we need more information to help resolve the issue.

Please provide screenshots of the Armoury Crate update center page and relevant log files. This will help us understand the situation in which the problem occurs. 

You can follow these steps to provide the log files:

  1. Connect the keyboard via a wired connection.
  2. Start logging.
  3. Open Aura Creator and try to adjust the settings, confirming that adjustments cannot be made.
  4. End logging.

regarding the issue with the keyboard not working with Aura Creator, our backend team has confirmed and released a fix in Aura Creator UWP v3.8.6 + WDL HAL v3.2.0.0, which was released on May 8th. 

This version addresses the issue with wired connections. 

As for wireless connections, our backend team is currently investigating. 

If you need to adjust the lighting, please use the wired connection method temporarily.
