Expired Warranty on Newly Purchased ROG Strix Flare keyboard

I have bought today, July 19, 2023, a new ROG Strix Flare keyboard, registered it and it shows warranty expired in October 2022! The keyboard looks all new and good, but how come warranty expired?

I have read the instructions on submitting the proof, but there is no any link available where I could have uploaded my invoice (which I have) to prove the purchase.Also, the support chat does not seem to be working. What do I do? Where and to whom shall I submit my documents to get the issue solved? This is very disappointed and unexpected.

According to the ASUS warranty policy, if the user is unable to provide a valid purchase invoice for the product, the product warranty will begin from the date of device delivery based on the product's serial number.
May I ask if you have followed all the steps outlined in How to inquire Warranty Status regarding "How to upload the purchase invoice," but are still unable to update your warranty?
If that is the case, please let me know at which step you encountered difficulties or provide a screenshot of any error messages you received.
Meanwhile, please refer to How to find Product Serial Number to verify if the product serial number you entered is correct and accurate, if needed.
