Hello. I recently bought the ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless keyboard. Armoury Crate got some problems for that keyboard. When I connected via 2.4 GHz option or via cable, I can not be able to see device page for my keyboard. It says some problem happened and the program will be reload that page but nothing happens. Same issue also happens for newer devices like mine, I mean for gaming mouse etc. also. For example, for the ROG Azoth, a newer update got the problem solved. I also completely uninstalled and installed Armoury Crate with tools from ASUS website, same issue is still ongoing unfortunately. I hope there is a solution for that or maybe an update on its way to solve that. It's annoying because I can not see any keyboard keys from there, not be able to use any macros or any custom settings, too.

Thank you once again.
Checking the ASUS Download Center for Turkey, I see there is Armoury Crate Gear for the ROG Strix Scope II 96 wireless keyboard.
Give this a try.
Uninstall Armoury Crate from windows and reboot your pc.
After rebooting, install Armoury Crate Gear and see if things are any better. It shows South Africa but this is from the ASUS Turkey website.

I tried your way and installed only the Armoury Crate Gear for the keyboard. Afterwards, I just be able to install that update and my keyboard version is 7.00.01 and omni receiver version is 6.00.09 at the moment. What I want to ask here is, should I uninstall the armoury crate gear for the keyboard and install armoury crate now, if I do it like this, my versions for keyboard and dongle will be changed or this is like a permanent update for their firmware? What will be my next step here, I'm a little bit confused. I need armoury crate for the motherboard also and for the aura sync of course. I maybe need a little "last" help here (I hope so) also. Adding a screenshot from armoury crate gear for the firmware versions.

Very good, I see your keyboard and wireless dongle are up to date.
I can't say with 100% certainty, but I would think since they're updated, they should stay updated unless you do a hard reset.
So, I will say to uninstall Armoury Crate Gear, reboot your pc and install Armoury Crate version 3.2.11.2.
After installing, check your keyboard and dongle versions.

So, that was it. All I need to do is separately install Armoury Crate Gear for the keyboard itself only with a clear uninstall, update the firmware from there, uninstall that Armoury Crate with the uninstaller and install a clean full install of Armoury Crate. Now, I can be able to see my device through 2.4 GHz connection and set whatever I want from there (macros, RGB etc.). The problem is solved like this. Thank you for your patience, fast replies and kind behavior.

Hello, I have the same keyboard. I too couldn't update and access the device settings page via the regular armoury crate app because of the blank update checking page and had to install gear to access it. Even after updating, my regular AC app still acts weird whenever the keyyboard is connected (USB or wireless). Device listings disappear and update page is still blank. However if I disconnect my keyboard completely updates start showing and AC works completely fine. Does your AC break when the keyboard is connected in any way?
BTW I'm from Turkey, too and this raises the question of maybe this being a language or regional problem?.

Hi @H0N0R ,
based on your description, it seems that you are encountering an issue where Armoury crate is unable to display the update center page and device list properly. You mentioned that disconnecting the keyboard resolves the issue, is that correct? To further assist you in resolving the problem, we need some additional information:
After recording the log, please upload it to the cloud, approve access, and PM me the link.
Additionally, kindly provide the product serial number too.
We are committed to resolving the issue for you, please provide the above information so that we can better assist you.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Hello HONOR
Have you updated the wireless receiver to the ROG Omni Receiver with Armoury Crate Gear?
Do you have Armoury Crate Gear and Armoury Crate installed? If you've updated the wireless receiver to the ROG Omni Receiver, uninstall Armoury Crate Gear and use Armoury Crate.
If you're still having issues, try disconnecting the wireless receiver and reconnect it, make sure it's connected to a pc usb port.
To update your ROG Strix Scope II 96 wireless keyboard with Armoury Crate, follow these steps.
1) Connect the wireless receiver to a pc usb port.
2) Connect the cable to your keyboard and a pc usb port.
3) Set the wireless switch on your keyboard to wired mode. (switch set to the center position)
4) Try the update in Armoury Crate.

With @Aureliannn_ROG 's help, I was able to solve the issue I had for a long time.
Before:
After:
Turns out some program called ROGliveservice was missing on my PC somehow and installing that solved every single issue I had with AC. Now, after months, I have finally updated all of my hardware and can access their settings. AC feels smoother and faster, too. I can't thank @Aureliannn_ROG enough. @Nate152 Thanks for your interest, too. I appreciate it.
