Blinking Anime Matrix ROG Strix Flare II Animate

Hi, 

with the new software update, I was able to save a certain animation permanently on the keyboards memory. The animation will play even when the Armoury Crate software is not present.

The issue that I have found is that each "cycle" of this animation will reset/turn off the leds which will cause a "blinking" effect.

I was able to reproduce the issue:

 - with the default animations. After the animation is finished, the new cycle will start with a frame where every led is turned off. This prevents a smooth, repeating animation.

- with a still image, which is much more annoying since the image this way will blink with very a high frequency.

To better understand the issue, we would like to confirm the following:

1. Did this issue start occurring after a recent update? If so, please specify what was updated.
2. Have you tried using the official Armoury Crate uninstall tool to see if the problem can be resolved? You can find the tool at the following link: ROG Strix Flare II Animate | Gaming keyboards｜ROG - Republic of Gamers｜ROG Global (asus.com)
3. Have you tried switching to a different animation or image? Does the flickering issue occur with all animations and images?
4. To help us better identify the issue, please provide us with a video of the flickering problem.

In addition to the above, to help us more accurately analyze the cause of the problem, we would like to request you to provide us with the Armoury Crate log file.

The log file contains detailed information about the software's operation and can help the backend team identify the source of the problem.

Please make sure that the log file contains the exact time when the problem occurred.

1.: Yes, I have updated it 2 days ago and I have installed several updated both firmware and Armoury Crate. The issue was not present prior to that since the functionality wasn't even implemented prior to that update.

2.: I have tried the uninstall reinstall combo but unfortunately it did not help.

3.: I have tried to switch to a different animation and to a different image, same issue.

4.: What cloud storage should I use? I'm not comfortable uploading anything under my own name. Besides I think it's unnecessarry, since the issue is quite easy to reproduce. It's enough to set up a still image and store it in persistent memory. This will result in the mentioned flickering. I have two of these keyboards in my household and both have the same issue.
