Azoth on RF 2.4GHz doesn't work

I received my Azoth 3 hours ago... Now i can't connect to the RF 2.4GHz. 

When I've switched to the RF 2.4 option the RGB will be on, but it will not accept any inputs, then suddenly after a few seconds the RGBs will turn off and the OLED screen just shows a battery charging icon.

I've tried to FN+ESC reset which did not fix it.

Switching to the BT or USB cable works okay and I can see the keyboard in armory crate too. 

Is this a hardware or software failure?

The issue was fixed after I updated the new version of software.

Your wireless receiver should now be updated to the ROG Omni Receiver.
