Azoth extreme issue

One morning when I was about to charge my keyboard my azoth extreme just stopped working and turned of it's oled and the keyboard lighting and it also doesn't type.

Is it working after charging for a while?

Try resetting your keyboard by pressing and holding Fn + Esc keys until the led's flash green. The oled display should show it reset.

I'm using the ROG Azoth (non Extreme). With the charging cable connected and the keyboard wireless switch set to 2.4GHz wireless mode, does it show it's charging in Armoury Crate?

I notice you said it stopped working when you were attempting to charge it, did the keyboard stop working directly after plugging it in? Are you using the supplied USB C cable?
