AZOTH disappears from Devices list despite being connected

Hello. My ROG AZOTH is only a few days in use, I am already facing multiple problems with the software

I have it connected to my PC with omni receiver. Upon connecting for the first time, I saw only the dongle on the device list. Keyboard is visible as a device paired with the dongle, but when I click on it, it does not take me to the keyboard settings page - it takes me instead to devices list.

Keyboard input itself works, I am able to change RGB if using Aura synch, but I am unable to access oled settings, per-key lighting or modify key assignments.

A workaround is to completely nuke armoury crate and do a fresh reinstall - but it is not viable long term solution. 

In Gear Link, also only the omni receiver is visible, but not the keyboard itself.
Re-pairing kb with the dongle via gear link fails - I have to run Factory_Auto_Pairing.bat from FirmwareAutoUpdate_1.0.0.14 package to make the board usable again in wireless mode.

Dongle is on 6.00.25

Hi @Idontcareabout 

Can you record a log? You can use AC or the Log Lite Tool 

Activate recording and then replicate the behaviour. Then generate log.

This is the Azoth and not the Azoth Extreme, correct?

Just noticed you've said Gear Link and not Gear. 

1. Update the device FW via the support site

2. Gear Link does not support the OG Azoth. Please use the standalone Gear application from the support site

See if odd behaviour persists.

Hi @Silent_Scone, thanks for taking the time to reply.
I have ran the SW update again via Gear app. This time without unpairing omni receiver form the board, which was nice.
However I am still unable to see my keyboard in Armoury Crate (even though I can change its lighting effects and see that it is connected to omni receiver which itself is displayed in Armoury Crate alongside my mouse and motherboard.

I have recorded a log of the app starting (via armoury crate itself), if you could point me to the directory it's stored I will be happy to attach it.
Meanwhile I can share the diagnostic results from AC - as you see the board is there:

Hi @Idontcareabout 

That's good that Gear has resolved the pairing issue. Have you tried completely removing AC using the Uninstall Tool from the support page, and reinstalling?

If you're using AC, you only need click Generate Log from the same Logging tab.

It might be an idea to start a new one before doing so at this point, however, to reduce the size.

Make sure to replicate the issue first.

I have fully uninstalled AC again, and the issue repeat itself - kb disappeared from the app after PC restart.
If you could kindly tell me the path from which I can fetch the log I will be happy to supply the one I recorded.

For AC, when you click generate log, it should ask you where you wish to save it. The Log Lite tool keeps it in the log directory of the downloaded folder.

Hi, I'd like to inquire for help, as this problem is not resolved. 
I have reinstalled Armoury Crate yesterday, reinstalled it and Azoth was again available - until next pc startup.
