Aura Create music mode turns off randomly during use.

I create a profile with the music lighting mode and it will work then all of a sudden the music lights and effects turns off, all the other lighting settings stay on.

The only way to fix it is to switch profile and switch it back, the music effect will randomly stop working 1 minute to 15 minutes while using the profile.

Both my motherboard, ram, fan lights and ROG Azoth both have this problem and the music effect will simultaneously stop on both at the same time making me think its a software issue.

Hope this can get fixed, I have logs if needed. Thanks

2. i did run the test on my z690 apex. still solid after 40 minutes. Keyboard, as like yours, is wirless. after the timer finish (on wireless) goes to sleep. since has not interaction. after i press the keyboard lights return as normal on the present music. is not a software issue. My keyboard is the scope 96. that has the same chip for aura. (i did not test on wireless wire or wire or bt. ONLY wireless. 

I test 2 times. keyboard goes to sleep after the timer set it off and since my unit also is dynamic lighting in order to sync has to active in windows since is the only way to sync to the machine. 

Double check and activate the log, restart the computer and start the test. MAKE SURE date and time is mentioned on the report so they can look for that line, since is by date and time, that will make easy to inspect.

I notice that it only stops while I'm using my ROG Azoth but it does not stop when its in sleep mode because my PC lights continue to light up as it has no sleep timer. The other lighting settings I added to the profile priests its only the music effect that stops functioning. To clarify I am also using a custom made aura setting with aura creator not the present music option, I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Also my Motherboard is a TUF gaming x570

• Connection method: Does the issue occur regardless of whether you connect the ROG Azoth using a wired/2.4G/BT connection?
• Music lighting effects: If the ROG Azoth is not connected to the computer, does the music lighting effect work properly?
• Recording a video: To better understand the occurrence of the problem, could you please record a video of the problem-occurring process and provide it to us for reference?
• Log file: Regarding the log file you mentioned earlier, could you please send us the file content and the product serial number of the keyboard in a private message?
