Still waiting on a fix for this. It shows up as a greyed-out option. Otherwise, I guess I'll have to return this (I really do like this keyboard) but I shouldn't have to use 3rd party software just to get this to work as intended (per key lighting) and even then, it doesn't save so I still have to run a background process.

Thanks for your reply. I wound up fixing this by disconnecting the usb receiver until it was picked up by the software. And once it was, I was able to program the keyboard to my liking. It saved it to the onboard memory thus letting me use it in wireless mode.
This method isn't always 100% as I thought but it does work for me and it will remain at home with me 😊

Hi @Blackhawk163 ,
thank you for your inquiry.
Could you please provide more details about the situation in which the problem occurs? Kindly provide the screenshot or video.
Specifically, which options are you unable to adjust?
Additionally, are you using Aura Creator and hoping to perform independent lighting effect settings? Currently, this feature is supported in wired mode, but for wireless, I will further inquire with the backend team.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
