Hi all,
Just having some issues with my keyboard RGB. When the keyboard is connected via USB-C the RBG works and stays, when I use wifi or bluetooth after a bit the RBG turns off and wont turn back on until I go again into armoury crate and select the device to sync it. Anyone having this issue?

Yes that's correct. I have set a custom RGB for my keykoard in Aura Sync via Armoury crate. When wired the custom RGB stays on but when the keyboard is connected via 2.4G or Bluetooth, after a moment the RGB turns off by itself. If I switch the keyboard to any other mode, it goes back to the default rainbow RGB. I have to go again into Aura Sync and deselect/re-select and sync for the custom RGB to take effect again. Note I have a ROG motherboard and also my RAM RBG that are controlled and sync with Aura Sync, and they work perfectly fine, it's just the keyboard. I uninstalled using the uninstall tool and did a fresh install the next day I've purchased they keyboard (19/07/24) Yes the keyboard RBG works if I don't go into Aura sync, it's just the standard rainbow RGB colour. I will have a look how to get the log and will get back to you asap. Thank you

I can not talk to BT. since i do not use it, but i will send report. for me if bt is on use, unless.... since i can not remember, sorry.
you issue sounds valid and i will run some test during rest of the day since i check the same today.
Since i have colab with asus on the scope 2 and omni for some time directly, i can sit to check/
In the mean time, once do qa computer cold boot. and disable the MSDL as picture below, check back in ac, if the menu does not appear, unplug the omni and wait and reconnect that bring back the keyboard on the aura. and all menus will be complete.
I did the test you mentioned.
1. i track the issue to Dynamic Lighting in windows 11. Once turn off the lights returns. this return the control back to amory crate and inbuild keyboard funtions.
2. i am tracking JUST TODAY 08/01/2024 on windows 24h2, the menu did went away, same as the aura in the aura sync module. i will send a report direct so they can check today night. I did a cold boot, and menu appears again.
I will check what is going on with them
I will run my battery of test and check today since i need to validate it. I do now there will be some rework on the dynamic thingy on windows. has cause a lot of .... It will not go away, but there will be a switch on ac or similar.
Sorry for the text not being coordinated. normally this how i think. so sorry. i will check back on this during my evening.

Hi there,
I have MSDL turned off, even if it is turned on I can't even see the keyboard there. I tried what you suggested and it still doesn't appear for some reason. Also there's an update regarding MDSL update in armoury crate, but when I try to install it, the screen just flashes black 3 times and I can see it says loading but then nothing happens.
But yeah I'm not sure this has anything to do with my issue since Dynamic lighting is turned off.
