Asus Rog Strix Flare II keyboard layout wrong armoury crate

I have a problem with my Rog Strix Flare II animate. Two keys don`t work due to the layout in Rog Live Services  being US and not EU. The keyboard works despite the two keys (forward slash and hash key). I need the qwertz keyboard layout for Germany, but in aura sync it is set to US (qwerty). At first, the two keys did not light up when setting up a profile in aura creator, but after a while, that worked. I recieved the keyboard shortly and made instantly the firmware update via aura sync, then the problem was there. I've tried every possible solution, but no success. The keyboard needs a firmware update with the qwertz layout.

are you currently facing issues with the slash and pound keys not working? 

Have you confirmed that your keyboard firmware and Armoury Crate version are up to date? 

Could you provide a short video demonstrating the issue with these two keys not functioning? 

Additionally, please provide the Armoury Crate version and a screenshot of the Armoury Crate Update Center.

Regarding the issue with the two keys on the keyboard not functioning, could you clarify whether this means the colors are incorrect, or if the keys simply don't respond when pressed? 

If it's about incorrect colors, what color effect are you currently using? 

Could you also assist us by recording and providing relevant logs for further investigation?

Hello, the lighting works, but the two keys don’t work. The keyboard has a qwertz layout, but armoury crate detects it as an us keyboard qwerty. So the two keys missing the us keyboard don’t work. If you compare the two layouts, you will see it.

Any update? This is incredibly frustrating having to use alt codes for these keys as I use them a fair bit.

Asus helped me with my problem, the keyboard is working now. They provided me a program to change the layout back to German, this should also work for the UK-layout. Please contact the service agent Aureliannn_ROG.
