Asus rog spatha x wireless sometime stop to work and restart after a bit

Hi everyone!

I got a problem with my spatha x, it keep happening since i bought it last years....everytime i play, wile im playing, the wireless stop to work making me die for the most of the time cause somebady kill me in the game! And after like 5/10 second it restart to work....i already update the firmware....

Somebody know how to fix this?

based on your issue, does it only occur when using the 2.4GHz wireless connection mode? Have you tried cross-testing with other devices? Have you updated Armoury Crate from the official website? Also, could you please provide the Armoury Crate version and mouse firmware version, and if possible, screenshots of the information mentioned? Additionally, could you assist by recording and providing relevant logs for us to investigate further? You can find log operation steps in Q5: "What is App Diagnostics?" hi customer service,

i did happen this problem not only when im on the wireless mod but also using cable, also my armory creator is the version 5.6.10.0 and the firewall on my device is 11.91.29
