Asus ROG Harpe II Ace doesn't work unless re-plugged

2,5 weeks ago I bought this mouse. It works very well, but there’s one big annoying caveat: it only works if I unplug and plug the adapter back in after booting into the system. Windows detects it, the mouse is powered on, but the cursor simply doesn’t appear, and the mouse doesn’t respond to clicks.

Here’s what I’ve already unsuccessfully tried:

  • The simplest thing — using different USB ports;
  • The latest firmware is installed on both the mouse and the adapter, all laptop drivers are up-to-date;
  • Tried connecting via cable (without the adapter);
  • Reset BIOS to default settings;
  • Booted in Safe Mode;
  • Booted with only the mouse connected (no other devices);
  • Disabled the "Fast Startup" option;
  • Disabled “USB selective suspending” in Power Settings;
  • In Device Manager, removed old/unused mice and disabled “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” for every USB port;
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the official software;
  • Deleted the mouse and adapter drivers from Device Manager;
  • Fully reinstalled Windows 11.

The most interesting part is that when I connect the mouse to my Mom’s old desktop running Windows 10, the mouse works perfectly STRAIGHT AWAY.

Does anybody know what the hell is going on? I don't think I've seen anybody on the web have the same issue.

Or maybe the problem isn't on my end at all — but rather with this specific mouse model having some Windows 11 incompatibility issues?
