I got a new rog harpe mini a few weeks ago and it was working beautifully until about a week ago. I'd been using it fine on my plastic table, but it started having issues with tracking. I decided to start using a mousepad, so I got out an old steelseries QcK, washed it, and started using it. The issue didn't go away. I've tried half a dozen surfaces, and the only one that worked was using the back on my tablet's case (way too small to use as a pad). I've tried updating firmware, resetting the mouse, cleaning the sensor, etc. It still won't work properly. I use it for competetive fps games, mostly, but sometimes it "catches" on a surface it refuses to track. I use armory crate gear. I'm also noticing that it keeps failing to track on a particular section of my desk, regardless of whether I'm using a mousepad. I'm using the default mousepad config in armorycrate gear, high liftoff distance

I managed to fix it, I think. I installed armory crate fully, not just the gear version, and it had a ton of driver updates for the mouse that armory crate gear didn't show. I also moved the receiver to a different port, as I was pretty sure something was blocking a bit of the signal. Not sure what fixed it, but it works perfectly now, love the mouse!

I have the same issue. It's a shame with the premium price you pay for the mouse

Oh, unfortunately I don't have the Mini installed anymore, but for future reference, you should definitely see all updates that are available from AC via the FW update icon, on the toolbar top right.

Hi both,
Can't say I've experienced anything like this, and used the Mini for several months at this point.
For testing, I’d reset calibration to default, set lift-off distance to Low, test wired, and then try the mouse on plain white paper or clean cardboard on a completely different table. If it still skips or refuses to track there, contact service for your region
