Did this issue occur from the beginning of using the product, or did it start happening after a period of use?
We recommend that you use the official Armoury Crate uninstall tool to remove the software and then reinstall it to see if the problem can be resolved. Additionally, you can also check if the keyboard layout in Armoury Crate matches the actual keyboard layout.
If you have already reinstalled Armoury Crate and confirmed the matching layout, it is possible that there is a stuck key issue with the keyboard.
