There was another problem like this at the beginning of January after it was solved, I didn't use the headphones for about a month and in the meantime another update came which makes the headphones sound bad again, I reinstalled armory crate another usb port another adapter nothing ...

Could you please describe how the sound of your headphones is currently? 

Please check if the sample rate for the headphones in Armoury Crate is set to 92K. 

If it is, could you please adjust it to 48K and ensure that the reverb function is turned off? Then, check if the sound quality issue still persists. 

If the issue persists after adjusting these settings, please assist us by recording the log. 

Please confirm that the logs have accurately recorded the issue at the time it occurred.
