Asus ROG Azoth, Aura Creator and Bluetooth ? How to...

I created a profile with the Aura Creator software, it works properly. And I can use it while my Asus ROG Azoth keyboard is connected with the USB cable.

But after I switch the keyboard into Bluetooth mode, the profile I loaded in the Azoth keyboard rollback to its default rainbow backlite state. While using the Asus ROG Azoth keyboard into Bluetooth mode, the Aura Creator software doesn't detect the keyboard as an available device. And in Armoury Crate many options to modify OLED or charging an Aura Creator profile are disapear. Like a degradate mode with minimal options.

Is this the normal working mode in Bluetooth or did I do something wrong ? If yes, is the any way to modify the led color of each keycap separatly with Armoury Crate ? And when I keypress one of them, the backlite darkens during 1 seconds.

Then is there any offcial documentation about Armoury Crate, Aura Creator and how to use these software properly with the Asus ROG Azoth keyboard ? For now, most convenient information I was able to found were on Reddit and Youtube's video tutorials.

NB: My softwares are uptodate with the latest releases Asus provides from its website. Then I did other updates in the Armoury Crate software. Everything is uptodate.

Hope the forum is more effcicient than Asus support who can't reply ^^

After confirmation with the relevant departments, it has been determined that the Asus ROG Azoth does not support Aura Creator or Aura Sync when connected via Bluetooth. However, wired and 2.4 GHz connections are supported. Therefore, the issue you described is considered a normal phenomenon.

I bought this keyboard exclusively to use with Bluetooth and a Windows 10 mobile device. This means, with its 2.4 Ghz dongle or USB cable it employ the only one USB connector available on the device. The USB connector is also the plug to charge the tablet device, so it's really not convenient.

I like so much the Asus ROG Azoth feeling while typing and it's a good compact for 75% keyboard size. I'm disappointed it don't work with Aura Creator in Bluetooth mode to personalize my LED. It's not mentionned by Asus anywhere. Perhaps I would have bought another model if I known about this limit. Do you think the Asus technical staff can provide an update to enlarge the Bluetooth compatibility ?
