Armoury Crate killed Azoth 2.4GHZ

The latest Armoury crate updated just killed 2.4ghz wireless on my Azoth. Been trying to repair it for days, nothing  works. When can we get an option to rollback the firmware on the omni reciever and azoth?

  1. Software uninstallation and installation: Have you completely uninstalled the software using the Armoury Crate uninstall tool provided on the official website and then reinstalled it?
  2. 2.4GHz connection status: When you use a 2.4GHz connection, can Armoury Crate recognize the keyboard? Are there any unknown USB devices in the Device Manager? Or are there any error messages popping up? If so, please provide screenshots for our reference.
  3. Wired connection and firmware update: We recommend that you first connect the keyboard using a wired connection and ensure that the keyboard firmware has been updated to the latest version.
  4. Software and firmware version: Please provide the version of Armoury Crate and the keyboard firmware you are currently using.
  5. Log files: If the problem persists after reinstalling the software, we recommend that you provide the Armoury Crate log files for us to analyze the problem more in-depth.

The logs contain detailed information about the software's operation and can help the team identify the problem.
Please ensure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue.
Here are the steps to collect Armoury Crate logs:

1. Yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled using the tool.

2. No, the keyboard does't show up in AC when in 2.4 ghz mode

3. AC often throws error F-1030 when trying to load the keyboards page. I Have gotten it to load.

After careful analysis by our engineering team, we recommend that you try the following steps to see if it resolves the issue you're experiencing:

  1. Close Armoury Crate: Please completely close the Armoury Crate software.
  2. Manually update the firmware: Please download the firmware update tool from the following link: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/Accessory/Keyboard/ROG_Azoth/FirmwareAutoUpdate_1.0.0.13.zip?mode...
    Extract the downloaded file and follow the instructions in the tool to perform the update.
  3. Reconnect devices:
    Unplug the keyboard's Dongle and then plug it back in.
    Unplug the USB cable connecting the keyboard to your computer, and then plug it back in.
  4. Restart your computer: Restart your computer.

If the problem persists after completing the above steps, please provide the following information:

  • Detailed problem description: Please describe the problem you are experiencing in as much detail as possible, such as the keyboard not responding, abnormal lighting effects, etc.
