So I've been using a ROG AZOTH keyboard since january without Armoury Crate. Installed It when received but the software was so bad I unistalled it. Turns out this week I saw someone saying that if you install Armoury Crate you would be able to check CPU + GPU temp through the OLED screen and you could install the software afterwards keeping the config in the keyboard memory.
So i've installed Armoury Crate and It prompted to update the keyboard. Turns out it just bricked my keyboard. It does not powers on anymore. Already tried holding FN+ESC without success. Contacted Asus support and they are completely lost since in 1 week they just e-mailed me about repairing a motherboard?!
I'm aware that the keyboard is under warranty but turns out I bought the keyboard in NewEgg during a trip do US and I live in Brazil.
Can't believe how such a nice hardware can run on such a bad software + crappy support

Once you have completed the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and send us the link via private message.
