AMOURY CRATE IS USELESS

wallyjenkins

Amoury crate cannot search for games, cannot import games manually, cannot change keybindings or do any settings for my keyboard or mouse, i have no profile settings, i tried searching for ROG armoury which is different from crate, downloaded it and its stuck of asking me to connect a rog armoury device which has all been done, but no progress, my mouse is stuff on default settings and nothing can be changes or customized, why did i spent $250 on this hot garbage? where is the program to customize the devices? what is the use of armoury crate? because when i saw the page showing off crates features i saw nothing that was in the slightest, useful. Youtube videos cannot help, searching google for this issue is near impossible and this is nearly made me want to completely go back to logitech 100% and setll all of my asus products, this is beyond dumb and should not be this weird or complex to configure a simple mouse, i can customize my logitech mouse fine, download g hub, works fine, shows me all connected devices, dont have to register each device, dont need an accounts, simple as hell.. I'll be inclined to move back to logitech if a simple fix cannot be done.

Hi @wallyjenkins ,

apologize for the issues you are experiencing.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the model number of the keyboard/mouse you are currently using?

Have you tried using the official Armoury Crate uninstall tool to uninstall and reinstall the software?

Please provide more specific details about the issue you are facing, such as how Armoury Crate is not working (is it not recognizing the devices or are there issues with lighting synchronization?).

Please ensure that all device firmware is up to date.

Additionally, please provide a screenshot of the Armoury Crate Update Center page for reference.

Thank you.

Providing detailed device specifications (MB/CPU/GPU/PSU, etc.) and the respective driver versions, OS version, and BIOS version will help us analyze the issue more effectively.

Don't bother, worse mouse i've ever owned BY FAR the scroll wheel is so sensitive when i scroll up it will notice i pressed the middle mouse, extremely irritating, cant bind my buttons, mouse is just a $10 piece of garbage since i cant use features its meant to come with, btw the asus crate is garbage, why on this godforsaken earth would asus crate have to load everything you click i different section on the side panel?  logitech is much more advanced with their peripherals and programs it seems, my asus headset wont even charge well anymore, time to make the big transition back to logitech, i'll just refund the mouse.. dont worry about the asus crate issue i have, couldn't care less if you fix your program or not, i wont use it nor will i use your peripherals ever again
