After firmware update my ROG Azoth LEDs no longer work on the entire keyboard

Hi, yesterday after installing firmware updates on my Azoth my lighting no longer works. None of the backlight LEDs will turn on no matter what I use. Aura, AureConnect, SignalRGN, etc. I have tried the whole process already Uninstall/Reinstall | Go back to previous firmware etc. and nothing has worked. Anyone else encountered this issue?

PS. Would really like to fix this so I don't have to pull out all my switches and RMA the thing.

Hi @Evokxz ,

according to your issue, kindly confirm the following questions:

  1. Are the keyboard lights not turning on at all?
  2. Does this only happen when Aura Sync is enabled? Or do you encounter the issue even when setting the lights to a general color?
  3. What color are the lights currently set to in Armoury Crate? Have you tried switching to a different color?
  4.  Could you please record a video of you adjusting the keyboard lights in Armoury Crate, but the lights not displaying? Also, when recording the video, please simultaneously capture the Armoury Crate logs.

The logs contain detailed information about the software's operation and can help us quickly identify the problem.

Please make sure the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue.
Here are the steps to collect Armoury Crate logs:
Please refer to Q5: What is APP Diagnostics? (New Feature)
https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1043747/#a14
Once you have completed the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and send us the link via private message.
Also, please provide us with your product serial number and the screenshot of the Armoury crate update center.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Providing detailed device specifications (MB/CPU/GPU/PSU, etc.) and the respective driver versions, OS version, and BIOS version will help us analyze the issue more effectively.
