Zephyrus M16 AnimeMatrix Issue

Hello Community,

I have a Rog Zephyrus M16 GU604VY with AnimeMatrix panel. There was the Asus sticker at top that covered some part of the matrix display. When I removed it & tried to do a whole panel light up, I could see those 2 dark round patch sections. Is this normal?

Do we have the option to schedule an onsite inspection for such premium models? My notebook is totally new and I am a bit skeptical about the handling in a local service center. I don't really want any dents or scratches due to poor handling.

Also, another thing I wanted to ask is that I see significant amount of white light bleed around the mouse cursor and the icons on the desktop even at 50% brightness. Is that normal too?
