So with the new bios, the go to sleep never wakes up has been fixed.  

HOWEVER, now my laptop 100% locks up completely and i can't do anything other then press the button for 5 seconds to turn off annd in turn loose everytyihng i was working on.

since yesterday it has happend 4 times and has put a slew of critical errors in my event manager.

Window is updated, my asus was updated, AC was updted, and nvidia and amd were updated.  the last time it happend i was just reading news and my email.  computer hadn't even been on an hour.

You mentioned that the laptop 100% completely freezes and can only be shut down by holding the power button for 5 seconds. We'd like to clarify the situation with you — when the system freezes, are the touchpad or keyboard still responsive in any way?
