My Zephyrus is shutting down when I'm gaming like many others have reported here and in Reddit, just simply shuts down, no BSOD, no warning, nothing, just a black screen and zero fan noise all of a sudden. I've tried everything you can think of, fresh windows install, Asus Cloud recovery, new drivers, old drivers, removed secondary SSD and disconnected external monitors, elevated the laptop, put it in an IETS500GT stand and nothing seems to help. I've purchased this laptop in the US and brought it back to Brazil for no warranty for me unfortunately.
I have collected .WIM logs after a shut down and sent it to Asus support but it has been 2 weeks and no response from them.
I'm open to suggestions or recommendations on anything I can try to solve this issue, please help!

- BIOS Version: GU605MZ.324
- Windows Build Version: 23H2
- iGPU/dGPU Driver Version: iGPU V32.0.0.101.6127 / dGPU 566.36
- Game Name where the issue occurs: Path of Exile 2, War Thunder, Satisfactory are the ones I tested
- GPU and Fan Mode Settings in Armoury Crate: Turbo, Windows, Performance
- Are there any external monitors or other devices connected? Yes, but the shut downs also happen when there's nothing connected to the laptop.
- Any upgrades or changes to SSD/RAM: Added one SSD to the empty slot (Which came from my previous laptop and was working fine)
