Zephyrus G16 2024 not launching Ubisoft game (Wildlands)

I have a brand new Zephyrus G16 2024 with a 4090 running on windows 11. No matter what i do, i cant get Ghost Recon Wildlands to launch. Sits on a splash screen for several minutes and then opens the game window, plays the ubi+nvidia intro and gets forever stuck on a black loading screen (with rotating loading spiral). Other games work fine on my laptop, just this one impossible to launch. Have troubleshooted basis all wildlands launch discussions online:

-Admin, compatibility modes, debloated a bunch of asus apps (have ghelper installed), c++ redist installed, directx installed, repaired anticheat, updated all drivers, set higher affinity, and more to name 

However, it works on my old lenovo legion laptop no problem. Leads me to believe there is a compatibility issue with the 2024 G16. Any suggestions on what to do? Am i missing something obvious? even performed a complete computer reset. help would be much appreciated!

Have you updated your BIOS to the latest version and tested it with the verified display driver version from Asus? 
You mentioned that other games on your laptop work fine except for Wildlands. Can you confirm if other Ubisoft games also open without any issues? Have you tried testing it through Steam or any other platform to see if the game launches correctly? Thank you.

All is updated yes. I own ghost recon breakpoint through Ubisoft connect, and it launches fine. And I have a few games on steam which work fine too. Seems to be a wildlands compatibility issue with my laptop.

i had bought wildlands through steam initially and it didn’t work so I got a refund. Now I bought direct through Ubisoft connect, and again it does not work.

I am having same issue on my G16 2024 intel i9 and 4070. I am bale play breakpoint without any issue but not wildlands. It opens the game and gets stuck on loading screen.
