Hello, i bought a Zephyrus g16 2024 G605MI with 4070, 32gb ram, i7 155h OLED. i have this laptop for 2-3 weeks now and it is thermal throttling and stuttering. My cpu temps reach 97c during load and gpu around 86-89c in an ambient room of 20c.
i've tried disabling game mode and turbo boost, the temps went down to around 80-83c under load but the laptop is barely usable, it is stuttering and lagging during gaming. i have placed it on a desk with a few riser stands and it's still incredibly hot and thermal throttling
I did a clean windows reinstall multiple times, i let the windows install all the drivers then i tried installing all drivers from asus website, through my asus and armory crate apps, but nothing helped. i've also tried using ghelper instead and limiting the cpu to 30Watts, with no positive results, setting it to turbo mode makes the cpu temps stay at 97c.
