Zephyrus g16 (2023) speaker issue

So, it seems I'm not the only one have this issue with no sound (bass or similar) not coming out of one of the speakers, but the thread has been closed. The thing is, sometimes it works and then cuts it again with some distortion noises, no bass too and dull ( quieter) on one side of laptop. I purchased it at bestbuy and had them checked it twice, they didnt find anything wrong...ofc. Anyway, what's going on? Is it a driver issue? Hardware manufacturer defect?
