I have bought ROG Zephyrus G14 GA402RK a month ago, and now I'm encountering some issues with my keyboard
So my keyboard is just randomly stuck on some key when I type. For example, if I'm not using the keyboard for like 5-10 seconds rest, and start to type again, the first key that i press is just keeps repeating pressed forever until i trigger to stop it by pressing any other key
and this is randomly happen when I use it for daily work (not for gaming with possibility of high temperature). Some day the keyboard is just works well, but someday it stuck every time i pressed. I realized that this keyboard is just stuck on the first key that I press, and get normal if I don't stop pressing it, but the first key that I pressed is not detected as a input, only the second time press and over. And also, when I try to check, all of my software including the system's firmware, armoury crates, and windows updates are the newest version, so I desperately looking for any possibilities that might help me please
Thanks for any thoughts of this issue
Your insights is highly appreciated

Hi @dimaskun ,
I would like to confirm if you have tried uninstalling the keyboard driver in Device Manager and then restarting your computer. After the computer restarts, the system will automatically install the driver. Please check if the keyboard is working properly after that.
Additionally, please try removing all external devices and power while the laptop is powered off, perform an EC reset by holding down the power button for 40 seconds, then reconnect the power and boot up to see if the issue persists. If the problem still exists, would you be able to record a video of the keyboard input issue for further investigation? Thank you.
