Have bought it at summer 2024. Had wonderfull experience using it, untill september 2024, when i first time saw blue screen of death. Didnt pay too much attention to it, and it happened only once in september. At 15.11.2024 decided to update windows from update center. And after i started always getting "kernel mode heap corruption" error in BSOD. Barely managed to downgrade windows: turned off with a button 3 times, got at blue screen with some repairing functions and made a downgrade. After, had like 6-8 hours of normal work. Reinstalled: chrome, telegram, steam, vscode, amnezaivpn and checkpoint endpoint security vpn.
Didnt make any windows update. Started getting "kernel mode heap corruption" BSOD again. After turning on, i have like 2-3 minutes before it shuts down with error and restarts(((

Have reinstalled windows from cloud. Trying to find is it software or hardware myself. Clean system, no personal files this time. Again, everything works fine for now. Going to install these: "kaspersky, chrome, telegram, steam, vscode, amnezaivpn and checkpoint endpoint security vpn ".
Somehow, kaspersky and yandex are always preinstalled...

To prevent any misuse of information, I have hidden your personal information (serial number).
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. May I ask if you have added or replaced the SSD or RAM? If so, please try restoring the hardware to its original factory configuration and see if that improves the situation. Additionally, you mentioned that you have reinstalled Windows from the cloud. I'm not sure if you used Cloud Recovery to reset the system. Thank you.

Hi, thx for the answer! I didnt replace anything. I actually didnt even take it anywhere, placed it on my table and he stayed there for all the time for 3-4 months.
I used cloud recovery with microsoft i think. I had same blue screen, but didnt use MyAsus in WinRe. Some another approach.
I have already took it to service center (if you can assist to the guys, would be great)

Thank you for your response. Based on your description, it seems that further hardware inspection through the service center is necessary to confirm the issue. Could you please share the RMA number with us via private message?
We will coordinate with the local service team for further verification. Thank you.
