Hello everyone, I have purchased the subject zephyrus two days ago and have not been able to play the game yet due to errors like GPU TIMEOUT or sudden game shutdown.
Same problem when working with Unity3D.
I've tried everything between changing the Tdr, re-installing the drivers, changing the resolution and nothing, it keeps freezing.
I am desperate, being a work computer (Game development).
Thanks to anyone who wants to help me.

Hi @FabrizioRadica ,
Have you already retrieved the laptop from the service center, or is the laptop still at the service center?
Please provide the product serial number and RMA number via private message, and I will further confirm with the local service team. Thank you.

Hi @FabrizioRadica ,
I would like to confirm with you whether the ASUS-certified NVIDIA display driver Version V31.0.15.4628 and AMD display driver Version V31.0.22024.13003 have been tested.
Please try setting the GPU configuration in Armoury Crate to either Ultimate or Standard mode during gaming, and set the operation mode to Turbo mode. This will help test if there are any improvements.
If the issue persists, please provide relevant error screens and send the following information via private message. I will provide feedback to the relevant teams for further investigation. Thank you for your cooperation.

Hello and sorry for the late reply.
I contacted Asus Italy, putting the pc in RMA status but still no real solution to the problem.
I tried everything and by the way, the new bios (303) also came out which partially solved the problem in the sense that games don't freeze right away but after 10min.
The problem of Unity 3D always remains constant.
I am quite desperate, having deadlines.
the Zephyrus I own has 32gb of soldered ram and 4070 90w and bios 303

The most common reason for unstable functioning of laptops is poorly applied thermal paste, and this is a good place to start.
