After having this laptop for a year and a half, i saw some thermal throttling on my laptop. Before, it only went around 55-70 degrees celcius when idle, and now it went around 65-80. So, i decided to change the thermal paste on some computer repair shop. I bought the thermal paste by myself and chose Thermalright TF8. What i didn't realize is that this model had liquid metal for thermal paste on it. Sure the temprature went down when idle, but everytime i open some heavy apps such as game, it went crazy high and then the laptop goes shut down on its own. Is there any solution for my problem ?
The dark one is before changing then thermal paste while doing stress test with Cinebench.
The light one is after changing then thermal paste while doing stress test with Cinebench.

Hi @PotEatToast ,
Due to uncertainty about the application condition and quality of the thermal paste by the computer repair shop, we recommend sending the laptop to local service center for further hardware inspection to identify the issue. Thank you.
