The laptop runs 80-85c just on casual surf. forget about gaming. On gaming, it runs over 96c, like what? Is something wrong with this 2023 model or something?? Despite all the fan noise, it doesn't seem to do its job. Had to turn on external fan just to maintain it at 75°C. The unit itself is hot to touch, and what is that random blue screen of death error frequently? And even the keyboard randomly stops working despite macros working perfectly. This is ridiculous. Is this model really discarded, or does ASUS only focus on newer models?

Could you please provide the current BIOS version and display driver version for further verification?

You mentioned that the temperature reaches 80-85°C during casual browsing. Could you provide a video or screenshots showing the GPU/CPU usage and actual temperatures at that time?

Please set the fan mode to Turbo. This will help us determine if there are any improvements. Thank you.

The CPU/GPU usages during casual browsing along with spotify run in turbo mode are shown in screenshots above. The bios version for my system is GU603VV.314, and the display driver version for intel uhd is 31.0.101.4502 and for nvidia 4060 is 565.90, released in Oct 1, 2024.

Have you tested the ASUS-verified NVIDIA Graphic Driver Version V31.0.15.3168 to see if it improves the situation? 
Since you mentioned issues like BSOD and random keyboard malfunction, if you have already tried resetting the system and updating all drivers through MyASUS, but the problem still persists, we recommend sending the laptop to your local service center for further inspection to identify the cause of the problem. Yes i tried resetting pc and even tried clean installation and installing all drivers given in the ASUS website for the specific device. But still i had the same issues. Even sent the device to local service center and they said they got no issues. They said thermal paste and everything looked good with no dust ramped up inside.

Could you please provide the product serial number and RMA number via private message, and record a video showing the device's temperature and stuttering issues during gameplay for further verification? Thank you.
