Hi there, first post so be kind please.
I saw this was posted before but the previous thread is now locked and no solution. I'm on a business trip in Taiwan and to be nice I thought I would buy a zephyrus g16. I'm quickly regretting it.
While trying to support some technical project, I have run into the issue that if I plug in a USB device (its an audio device), the keyboard will stop working shortly after (not right away), and also the USB ports are not enumerating, although power is still supplied to the device (I can measure the current is still ~70mA, as it should be for this device).
Very strange behavior on what I thought is a premium laptop, and strange no solution or patch has been released.
Has anyone been able to permanently solve this issue?

Hi @dg2129 ,
I would like to confirm whether you are connected to an Ethernet network and using a Hub or Dock?
Please try disabling LAN power saving/USB power saving (under "Universal Serial Bus Controller," right-click on each driver one by one and go to its "Properties." In Properties, go to the "Power Management" tab and uncheck the box for "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power") in Device Manager and test if the issue improves. Thank you.
