Zaphyrus Duo 16 - ScreenXpert problems.

I'm re-posting here as I think I needed to post under support?

At some point an Armory Crate update messed with ScreenXpert. Now I can't open the settings on (the little cog wheel like icon at the bottom) and some other functions of ScreenXpert have stopped working. Asus Dial & Control Panel is not recognizing the duo screen as an option either. I've tried installing and re-installing and nothing seems to be working. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Yes, I have BIOS 319 installed. And used the optimizer too. I already followed the procedure you posted on a similar thread Zephyrus Duo 16 - ScreenXpert3 Settings Not Open - Republic of Gamers Forum - 982625 (asus.com)

However none of this worked.

I fixed the problem by deleting Screenxpert settings which seem to get corrupted sometimes when updating Asus software, be it Armory Crate, ScreenXpert or MyAsus.

To fix delete

C:\users\[Username]\AppData\Local\ASUS\ScreenXpert

C:\users\[Username]\AppData\Local\ASUS\ScreenXpert3

Please take note as this is a prevalent issue among Zeph Duo owners and it's a very simple fix.

Hi @eDuo ,

I would like to inquire whether your BIOS has been updated to the latest version 319. Could you please try reinstalling the ROG ScreenPad Optimizer V1.5.0

and then rebooting to see if the issue is resolved? If you have any further concerns, please feel free to let me know. Thank you.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
