I got a ROG flow x16 with a XG Mobile 4090. Everything worked great until recently. A driver update did something to my XG Mobile and now it’s causing my computer to crash every time it’s plugged in. I was also experiencing issues on my computer but I think I have fixed that by deleting and reinstalling troubled drivers. I tried to do the Sam for the XG mobile and it doesn’t seem to be fixing the issue with the XG Mobile. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the XG reader and graphics driver for it with no success. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix the XG mobile?

Please make sure that Windows is updated to the latest version, and uninstall and reinstall all XG Mobile-related drivers.
Disconnect the XG Mobile, In "Device Manager", expand the following items and right-click to select "Uninstall device."
After restarting the laptop, do not immediately plug in the XG Mobile.
Go to the download section to download and install the chipset and Thunderbolt drivers specifically for the ROG Flow X16, as well as the XG Mobile driver. Then check if the situation improves.
