Xbox Gamepass not showing on included with device tab

Hello,

I am starting this thread because free xbox gamepass is not showing in included with device tab of windows store. I have tried opening my asus app and armoury create but no sollution. Please help

Note: I have upgraded my ram from 8gb to 16gb.

Regarding the Xbox Game Pass not being able to redeem  issue, I kindly ask you to try again following the process provided in the following link to see if you can obtain it.

Please note that the Xbox Game Pass services offered vary by country, including Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. Kindly confirm whether the services supported in your purchasing country and your location are different.

Please assist by providing screenshots of the following screens:
 

  1. Microsoft Store > Click on [Included in Device] in the Media Cabinet.
