Today, there was an optional Asustek firmware update under windows update., which I installed then rebooted.

However after reboot, I checked the device manager and find the driver cannot be installed:

Hi @Kantana ,

I would like to confirm if you have encountered any abnormalities in usage. Please try clicking on the option to update drivers to see if there is any improvement. Thank you.

@Anbby_ROG Thanks for getting back to me.  So far the keyboard is working as normal but don't know if future keyboard firmware will fail because this driver cannot load.  It just annoying that it shows failed to load driver right now.

Attempting to update driver just shows latest version is already installed, is there somewhere I can download this driver?

Anyway to resolve this?

@Anbby_ROG Good news, I finally solved this driver not loading error 31.  In the end all attempts to update driver, reinstall the ROG Nkey package/repair etc did not change the driver not loading.  I had to right click on the device, select uninstall device, it willl disappear.  Then choose Actions, scan for hardware device and it will reappear and load the drivers.

Tested after reboot and it is still successfully loading.
