I have a problem, when I am connected to the wi-fi at home, the laptop keeps disconnecting, now I have loaded to do a test and connect to the hotspot and the laptop remains connected, how do I try to connect to the wi-fi again, the problem reappears , disconnects continuously, I don't understand if it's a driver problem or if it's some problem from the internet at home.

If you can maintain the connection when using the mobile hotspot, please try restarting your home router and removing the Wi-Fi connection records from your computer before reconnecting. Test to see if this improves the situation. Thank you.
