I just bought the laptop. I charged it for 6 hours and from time to time it just flickers. I had a zoom meeting and it happened more and more frequent. I even restarted but the flickering is still happening. what do i do and how do i fix it? is it better to return the product or is this a common problem?
even taking the laptop out of the charger, it just randomly restarts over and over. As if the laptop cannot be used in any other way but plugged in. What is happening?
